Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and with the original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To start a return, email me with your order number and reason for the return. Please do not return items without reaching out first. 

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted before the item has shipped. Handling time is typically 1-3 days, so please reach out as soon as possible to ensure your cancellation can be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

I can’t accept returns on items marked as final sale, digital downloads, personalized items, or custom orders.

Refunds

Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll send an email to confirm it’s been received. If approved, I’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Something's Wrong

If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so I can make it right.
